WILLOW STREET PIKE ACCIDENT

Just after 0630 , the West Lampeter Township companies were alerted to Willow Street Pike and Musser Ave for a vehicle accident with reported entrapment. Units arrived to find 2 vehicles involved with one being into a pole and 1 patient still in the vehicle unresponsive but not trapped. The rescue company assisted EMS with the removal of the patient from the vehicle. Engine 543 arrived and took care of the fire suppression duties till the patient was removed from the vehicle. Once all the patient were in the care of EMS , crews went to work on debris removal and spill control. Crews and fire police operated just under 2 hours.
