Just before 10 pm , WSFC and mutual companies from Refton , Rawlinsville and Quarryville were alerted for a mobile home fire in the 1st blk of Scott Rd in Providence Twp. Deputy 50 ( Reese) made the response and was advised that the Pa State Police were on the scene with fire showing from all sides. Companies worked together for the next 2 hrs bringing the fire under control in 20 degree weather. The main body of the fire was knocked down within about 10 mins of arrival. Two residents were transported to the local hospital with minor burns from the fire. Crews were back in service just a little after midnight.
