| Every year the Willow Valley retirement community holds an event called Camp Willow . This event is for the grand children to come and attend a week long event filled full of activities. This year the department was invited to come down and talk to the children about fire prevention and fire safety. The department also had the Lancaster County Firemans Association Safety Trailer there as well. This trailer is a small house on wheels with 2 floors . The trailer can be filled with fake smoke to make real life conditions of a fire while sleeping. In total there was about 100 kids and adults that went through the smoke trailer. |
