At 20:52 the company was dispatched for an accident with injuries on the Lancaster Pike at Pennsy Road in Providence Township. Engine 501 arrived to find a three vehicle accident, blocking, no entrapment and possibly three patients. Crews worked with EMS and also stabilized . The crews from the Rescue ended up removing rear door on one of the vehicles involved to make better access for removing one of the patients. Several surrounding departments were dispatched for fire police since the highway had to closed. Units cleared at 22:36 hours.
