At 1239 hrs the department was dispatched to Pennsy rd / Lancaster Pike for an accident. Units arrived to find 2 vehicles involved with all occupants out . Crews took care of hazard control and minor spill control in the roadway. Fire Police from Station 59 ( Refton ) were also alerted to help with traffic control . EMS was also requested by one of the drivers to get checked out .

The department also handled 2 other calls today. Mid morning crews handled a broken sprinkler head at Kmart , 2600 Willow Street Pk . As units returned from the MVA the fire police were alerted to assist Lampeter Fire Co (54) on an non injury accident on Lampeter Rd
