At 1:40 the department was dispatched for a vehicle accident at Pennsy Road and Route 272 north. Communications reported one vehicle upside down with driver out of the vehicle. Rescue 50, Engine 501and Squad 502made the response and arrived to find a Jeep on its roof and a small sided car with moderate front end damage. Both drivers were in the care of EMS. Refton Fire police were requested to assist Squad 502 with traffic control. The Rescue and Engine cleared the scene at 12:20 hours with fire folic both clearing at 12:33 hours. This was the first call of 3 for the day shift crew. Crews also ran an Assist EMS call for entry and Accident to assist 54 ( Lampeter)
