At 1104 the Rescue was dispatched as part of the 2nd Alarm assignment to assist Co 66 (Lancaster Twp) to 600 blk Wyncroft Lane. The 1st alarm units arrived with a roof fire that was growing quickly. Units made an interior attack before being pulled out due to lower water supply issues and rapidly growing fire. The Rescue arrived and staged to send the crew to the scene. Throughout the incident the Rescue assisted with suppression efforts . The crew split there time between side bravo and charlie . Engine 502 was later dispatched to assist with water supply efforts. Engine 502 was assigned a hydrant position on Wabank Road. A total of 3 ladder pipes were used to control the fire. Rescue 50 cleared the scene around 1600 hrs. This call was one of 5 calls the volunteers handled throughout the day.
